CAMERATA MUSICA was founded in 2023 on the initiative of outstanding Estonian string players. The quartet's repertoire includes works by Estonian composers (H. Eller, T. Kõrvits, P. Uusberg) alongside compositions by great masters of classical music worldwide (J. Haydn, W. A. Mozart, E. Grieg, J. Borodin, G. Verdi). Despite its short existence, Camerata Musica has performed at numerous concerts and prestigious festivals such as the Rapla Church Music Festival, Mozartfest 2023, and others.

SIGRID KUULMANN graduated from Tallinn Music High School and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (Tiiu Peäske). She furthered her studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf (prof. Rosa Fain). She earned a doctoral degree in music interpretation (2014, prof. Mari Tampere-Bezrodny) at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (EMTA), where she also works as a lecturer. Her playing has been guided by professors I. Bezrodny, D. Sitkovetsky, M. Martin, P. Vernikov, Y. Neaman, J. Gerretz, and her studies were supported by the Corporation of London, British Council Baltic States, Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, and the Estonian Cultural Endowment. Kuulmann is a laureate and prizewinner of the international Heino Eller Violin Competition and several other contests. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in many European countries, the Middle East, and South America. She has received special recognition for performing works by Estonian composers, especially Tubin's pieces. For the first time in Estonia, she performed Lutosławski’s Partita, Berio’s Sequenza VIII, Virkhaus’s Violin Concerto No. 2, Bizet-Waxman’s “Carmen Fantasy,” among others. Kuulmann has made recordings for Estonian Public Broadcasting, including Sibelius’s Violin Concerto with the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra. In cooperation with ERR and Estonian Record Productions, she has released CDs featuring both romantic solo violin repertoire and Tubin's music. Kuulmann is a founding member of Trio Hemeīs (established in 2012) and a PLMF Music Foundation scholarship holder.

ELISABETH HÄRMAND began violin studies at age 4 under Niina Murdvee, continuing at Tallinn Music High School under Sigrid Kuulmann and Niina Murdvee, graduating with a gold medal in 2014. Härmand earned a cum laude bachelor's degree (2017) at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (prof. Arvo Leibur) and a cum laude master's degree (2019) at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp under Tatiana Samouili and Benjamin Braude. She worked at the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (2019–2024) and has been a member of the Estonian National Opera Orchestra since 2024. Additionally, she has participated in the work of several other orchestras in Estonia and abroad, including the European Union Youth Orchestra, Nordic Symphony Orchestra, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Verbier Festival Youth Orchestra, Baltic Sea Philharmonic, Vanemuine Symphony Orchestra, Pärnu City Orchestra, Estonian Sinfonietta, among others. She has served as concertmaster of the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Symphony Orchestra. Härmand has won diplomas in many national and school competitions and performed as a soloist with the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra (2013) and Tallinn Music High School Symphony Orchestra (2014). She has refined her skills at masterclasses with Kolja Blacher, Florian Donderer, Friedemann Wezel, Roberto Gonzalez, Olivier Charlier, and others and participated in renowned music festivals such as the Verbier Festival in Switzerland, Aurora Music Festival in Sweden, Villa Pennisi in Musica Festival in Sicily, and Järvi Music Festival in Pärnu.

JOHANNA VAHERMÄGI works as a freelance soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral player both domestically and internationally. Since 2016, she has been a viola and chamber music lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. She graduated from Tallinn Music High School (teacher Viljar Kuusk), earned a bachelor's degree in Spain at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Aragón (prof. Avri Levitan), and a master's degree in Israel at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance (viola prof. Roi Shiloahi, chamber music prof. Zvi Plesser). She has been awarded first prize at the Illa de Menorca FIDAH soloist competition in Spain (2011) and the David Grits International String Competition in Jerusalem (2015), as well as the Estonian Cultural Endowment's annual award for outstanding concert activity (2017). Vahermägi has soloed with ERSO, the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance Chamber Orchestra, and the Young European Chamber Orchestra in Estonia, Israel, Italy, and Finland, and has frequently appeared at the Voice of Music Chamber Music Festival in Israel, Musethica Chamber Music Festival in Zaragoza and Tel Aviv, Berlin Music Festival, Pärnu Music Festival, Nargen Festival, and Arvo Pärt festivals in Estonia and Moscow, among others. She has collaborated with renowned musicians such as Guy Braunstein, Amihai Grosz, Nicolas Chumachenko, Sharon Roffmann, Roi Shiloah, Marina Chiche, Zvi Plesser, Ivari Ilja, Triin Ruubel, Henry-David Varema, Riivo Kallasmaa, Anna Staskiewicz, and others. Vahermägi has participated in the orchestras of Barcelona’s Liceu Opera House, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Estonian Festival Orchestra, ERSO, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, and others, and has recorded works by Arvo Pärt, Dmitri Shostakovich, Luis de Pablo, and others with Vox Clamantis, Estonian Festival Orchestra, and contemporary music ensemble Ensemble Plural. Recent activities include solo concerts in Jerusalem, chamber music concerts at the Jerusalem Music Center with Achinoam Keisari (piano) and Ido Azrad (clarinet), solo performances in Italy with the Young European Chamber Orchestra (performing Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante), and an Estonian young soloists concert at the Pärnu Music Festival with Sten Heinoja (piano), among others. Vahermägi plays a 1650 Thomas Urquhart viola, kindly provided by the Estonian Instrument Fund. Johanna Vahermägi is a PLMF Music Foundation scholarship holder.

ANDREAS LEND began his music studies at Tallinn Music High School under Laine Leichter's cello class. He obtained his master's degree at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre (prof. Peeter Paemurru). Between 2005 and 2006, he continued his studies in Finland at the Sibelius Academy (professors Hannu Kiiski and Heikki Pekkarinen). Additionally, Lend has attended masterclasses by internationally renowned cellists including Frans Helmerson, David Geringas, Martin Ostertag, Jan-Erik Gustafsson, Niels Ullner, Marko Ylonen, Matias de Oliveira Pinto, Aleksander Ivashkin, Johannes Goritzki, among others. He has successfully participated in and won prizes at several competitions: 1st prize and Grand Prix at the international competition-festival "Renaissance" (Armenia, 2013), 1st prize at the ESTA national competition for young violinists and cellists (2004), 3rd prize at the August Dombrovska international string player competition (Riga, 2002), and laureate at the international Liezen cello competition (Austria, 2000). He has also received the prestigious "The International Holland Music Session" summer academy scholarship (2009 and 2010) and was awarded the PLMF prize “Young Musician 2011.” In 2007, Lend was selected for the European Union Youth Orchestra (chief conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy), with which he performed throughout Europe. As a soloist, he has appeared with orchestras such as the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Tallinn Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Nordica Chamber Orchestra, Youth Orchestra of America, among others. In 2024, he made his solo debut at the large hall of the Cologne Philharmonic. He has worked as a cellist in the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (2006-2016) and the Estonian National Opera (since 2016), where he has been the cello section concertmaster since 2023. Additionally, Lend is a member of the Prezioso string quartet and the Estonian Cello Ensemble and is active as both a soloist and chamber musician in many other groups. Andreas Lend is a PLMF Music Foundation scholarship holder.
