MARI-LIIS UIBO graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna under Prof. Gerhard Schulz, and from the Artist Diploma program at the Oberlin Conservatory in the USA, under the guidance of Prof. Milan Vitek. During her studies, she successfully participated in numerous competitions, including being a laureate of the 1st World Youth Violin Competition in Trento, finalist at the FLAME International Competition, and winner of the Danenberg Honors Recital in both chamber ensemble and soloist categories. Uibo is a frequent performer at both Estonian and international music festivals. She has appeared as a soloist with orchestras such as the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ERSO), Glasperlenspiel Sinfonietta, the Tver Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, Moscow Virtuosi, Sinfonietta Riga, and has worked with renowned conductors including Paavo Järvi, Vladimir Spivakov, Darrell Ang, Andrei Kruzhkov, Dmitry Banaev, Andres Mustonen, Paul Mägi, Naoki Sugiyama, Timothy Weiss, and Raphael Jiménez. Her international acclaim includes concert tours in Scandinavia, Italy, France (in the concert series "New Europe, Young Talents"), the Netherlands, Germany (in the “Forum junger Künstler” series), Portugal, Austria, Malta, Turkey, Iran, China, Russia, the United States, and Canada. Uibo has participated in many orchestral projects, including with the Vienna Academy Orchestra and the early music ensemble Hortus Musicus. As a soloist and chamber musician, she made her debut at the Millennium Stage of the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Uibo is a scholarship recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation.

KIRILL OGORODNIKOV is an Estonian guitarist whose work spans solo and ensemble performances, as well as teaching. His broad repertoire includes original compositions and transcriptions from the Baroque era to contemporary music. Estonian composers René Eespere and Lauri Jõeleht have dedicated works to him, which he has premiered and recorded. Ogorodnikov began his guitar studies at Ahtme School of Arts and continued at the Georg Ots Tallinn Music School under Tiit Peterson. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre under Heiki Mätlik and a master’s degree from the prestigious Cologne University of Music under Prof. Gerhard Reichenbach. He has also participated in masterclasses with numerous renowned guitar professors. A laureate of international competitions (Tallinn International Guitar Competition and Gitarrenfestival Gevelsberg in Germany), Ogorodnikov has performed at many festivals both in Estonia and abroad (Fiesta de la Guitarra, Pärnu Guitar Festival, Viljandi Early Music Festival, Tango Port Tallinn, SaitenReise Gitarrenfestival, and others). As a soloist, he has performed with the Pärnu City Orchestra, presenting Heitor Villa-Lobos’s Guitar Concerto (2010) and the premiere of Gennadi Taniel’s Guitar Concerto (2020). He has appeared with ensembles such as the Tallinn Guitar Quartet, Ensemble U:, and YXUS Ensemble. As part of the unique ensemble Duo Telluur (English horn and guitar), he has performed in Estonia, Italy, Germany, and Russia. In 2020, the duo released their debut album Evening Mosaic. In 2021, Ogorodnikov was awarded the annual prize of the Estonian Cultural Endowment’s Music Endowment for high-level concerts and the performance of Estonian music.

ANDRES UIBO is an outstanding musician whose work has enriched the Estonian cultural landscape for many years. He is one of the most frequently performing Estonian interpreters both at home and abroad, a respected organist, chamber musician, producer, pedagogue, and composer. Uibo graduated from the Tallinn Conservatory in the organ class of Prof. Hugo Lepnurm and continued his studies in Germany at the Lübeck Academy of Music under Prof. Hans Gebhard. Since the 1980s, Uibo has given more than 1,000 solo concerts at renowned festivals and concert series in the Baltic countries, throughout Europe, Russia, Israel, and Japan. As a composer, Uibo has created works for symphony orchestra, various chamber ensembles, choir, instrumental, and organ music. His compositions have been performed at prestigious festivals and concerts in Europe, Russia, Asia, and America. Since 1981, Uibo has been the organist of the Tallinn St. Nicholas Museum Concert Hall, and since 1994, professor of organ at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. From 1997 to 2009, he also worked as a producer at Eesti Kontsert. He has initiated several prominent music festivals, including the Tallinn International Organ Festival in 1987, the Suure-Jaani Music Festival in 1998, and the Tallinn Bach Music Festival in 2012. He also serves as the artistic director of all these festivals. Uibo is a frequent jury member at various music competitions. Under his initiative and leadership, several historical valuable organs have been restored in Estonia and many new organs have been built. Uibo has recorded one LP, and his interpretative artistry can be heard on nearly thirty CDs. In 2006, his authorial album Apocalypsis Symphony, recorded on the famous Riga Cathedral organ, was released. Uibo’s versatile activities have been honored with numerous awards: Estonian Cultural Endowment Annual Award (1990), Estonian Cultural Endowment Music Foundation Annual Award (1995, 1999), Order of the White Star (2001), Estonian State Cultural Award (2006), Estonian Music Council Annual Award (2006), Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church III Class Order of Merit (2009), and Tallinn Jaani Congregation Order of Merit (2010). Uibo is an honorary citizen of Suure-Jaani and Vigala Parish.
