The Raplamaa Young Musician Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Piret Minn by his family, NGO Rapla Church Music Festival and NGO Music Further Training Center  (Music Trust PLMF).

The scholarship fund can be donated by all natural and legal persons throughout the year:

Scholarship Fund Statute:

1. The purpose of establishing the Raplamaa Young Musician Scholarship Fund is to support the financial prizes of the winners of the Raplamaa Young Musician competition and to provide comprehensive support to Raplamaa music students for the further development of their talent.

2. Scholarship applications are submitted and scholarships are awarded by the decision of the boards of NGO Rapla Church Music Festival and NGO Music Further Training Center 2-4 times a year.

Festive announcement of the scholarship fund: June 10, 2021 in Rapla Cultural Center. 

Applications can be submitted from 1st of  January 2022, the corresponding information will be published on www.plmf.ee and www.raplafestival.ee.
